The purpose of this paper is to analyse the role of buyers export credit on the expansion of non-oil exports in Iran. The methodology used is based on field studies and for evaluating the degree of the impact of buyers credit on the expansion of non-oil exports of the country, the Cochran approach is utilized. For this purpose a sample composed of 200 persons out of 3500 individuals (non-oil exporters population) has been chosen. The main findings of the paper demonstrate that granting buyers credit is the most important and at the same time effective leverage for implementing the export leap target as outlined in the third five-year development plan of Iran. Resorting to this device would also considerably enhance the volume of non-oil exports to target markets. Moreover, this would also enrich the outcome of efforts for export leap which is the main focus of the third development plan of the country. Results of the paper also indicate that by attaching priority to granting buyers credit, the impacts of internal factors, which influence the non-oil exports volume of the country become less than the impact of external factors and this in turn would warrant that following granting such credits, measures should be adopted to improve the former

Export promotion and support for the internationalization of enterprises are always on the public agenda. Export promotion programs are among the policies implemented to remove barriers to the presence of companies especially small and medium-sized companies in international markets. Although the export of technology-based products currently accounts for a small share of the country›, s exports, but due to the development of the ecosystem of technology-based firms in recent years and the relative success of these companies in meeting the country›, s needs, these companies have the potential to enter global markets,which is very important for their survival. This article provides a comprehensive overview of studies in the field of export promotion programs and the features and main components of these programs. By presenting a thematic classification of the studies, this study will examine the dimensions of the level of development of societies, functions and management and financial structure of these agencies, efficiency, and effectiveness of programs, and specific requirements of high technology products. Four main decision-making areas in the field of support programs have been identified: the level of awareness of export development programs, support based on the size or export experience of the company, the level of private sector participation in the board of export promotion agencies, and finally the presence of active diplomatic representatives. Finally, to improve the current knowledge of managers, the implications of the studies conducted for export policymakers of technology-based firms will be presented.

Although Iranian carpet is an original product, we have witnessed a downfall in the Iranian hand-woven carpet industrial manufacturing and export during the past years. Improving infrastructural and marketing facilities can contribute to export improvements in agricultural sector through a gteaterr utilization of natural resources along with the traditional factors such as physical capital, human capital, and technology. In this paper the impact of developing an export terminal in Kurdistan province has been investigated and its effect on increasing comparative advantage of producing strawberry and increasing farmer's income has been evaluated. The Policy Analysis Matrix (PAM) has also been used to investigate four different strategies of the government policies towards the agricultural sector in the province. Findings of this research indicate that development of an export terminal can be expected to have a positive and significant effect on the economy of Kurdistan Province, especially on the comparative advantage of producing strawberry and increasing farmer's income, and is highly recommended.

Globalization, regionalism and economic integration are the basic issues which bring many positive consequences to the world economy. Among all, it would impress foreign transactions, increase the amount of trade flows, increase the moving FDI, accelerate in technology, achieve the competitive capability and improve it, removes the tarrif and non-tarrif barriers and acquiring the binding conditions for a presence in the world free trade. In order to enter to globalization of economy, making a competitive position is one of the most important issues. In this paper, in addition to review the process of globalization, competitive, the relationship of them and their effects on export and Irans economy, it tests the relationship between competitive and nonoil export of Iran by utilizing the Hsiao Causality Test and its analysis. The results show that there is no causality relationship between competitive and nonoil export of Iran.
